Sushant Singh Rajput Death: Rhea Chakraborty’s Judicial Custody Ends Today; Meeting Between AIIMS Team And CBI Postponed
Sushant Singh Rajput’s girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty, her brother Showik Chakraborty, Sushant’s house manager Samuel Miranda, were among those who were arrested by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) in the drugs case linked to Sushant Singh Rajput’s death on June 14. Rhea was arrested by NCB and she was remanded to 14-day judicial custody after her arrest. The actress was lodged at Byculla Jail and her judicial custody ends today after 14 days.

Meanwhile, Times Now reports that the meeting which was supposed to take place between the AIIMS forensic team and CBI Special Investigation Team (SIT) today, has been postponed. According to Times Now, the AIIMS team was to submit its findings and clarify whether Sushant’s death was a suicide or a homicide. While it was supposed to take place at the CBI headquarters in Delhi today, the meeting has now been postponed.

It was earlier reported by Times Now that the report would be a conclusive one and would have no ambiguities. It will leave no room for confusion.


Meanwhile, reports on the Internet state that the NCB has summoned KWAN agency CEO Dhruv Chitgopekar and Sushant's manager Shruti Modi to join the investigation. Jaya Saha, who was interrogated by the NCB on Monday has also been reportedly summoned once again.

According to a report in Times Now, Jaya Saha named Bollywood producer Madhu Mantena in the drugs case. He will likely be summoned by the Narcotics Control Bureau on Wednesday, reports Times Now.
